Where we ship

Orders with a delivery address in a country not listed above cannot be completed. If your country is not listed, write to info@lgmcorporate.com and we will consider your request individually.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to all destinations served, with no minimum order value.

Delivery times

Once your order is confirmed we prepare your shipment as quickly as we can. We will write to you as soon as the parcel leaves, giving you the carrier and the tracking number.

Delivery takes place in any event within 30 days of order confirmation, save as provided below for pre-orders.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs clearance time may be added to transit time.

Pre-orders

Some garments may be purchased on pre-order before they become available. In such cases the product page shows the wording “Pre-order” together with the estimated delivery date, which does not exceed 120 days from order confirmation. The same date appears in the order summary before purchase and in the confirmation e-mail.

For pre-orders the full amount is charged when the order is confirmed, even though the garment is not yet ready for shipment.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. For any issue relating to delivery, write to info@lgmcorporate.com.

On delivery

Please check that the packaging is intact and that the number of parcels is correct. If you notice damage or anything unusual, record a specific reservation on the transport document before signing: this is the only way to pursue a claim against the carrier.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products.

Failed delivery or incorrect address

If delivery fails because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because the parcel is not collected, storage, redelivery and return-to-sender costs are borne by you and may be withheld from any refund.

VAT, duties and customs charges

For deliveries in Italy and in other European Union countries, the prices displayed include the VAT applicable in the country of destination. The final price may therefore vary depending on the country selected and is shown to you before you confirm the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are displayed net of VAT. Customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges and any other charge applicable in your country are not included in the price, are borne by you and are collected by the customs authorities or by the carrier upon importation. We recommend checking in advance the amount of these charges and any import restrictions.
