You have 14 days to change your mind
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. If your order includes several garments delivered separately, the 14 days run from the delivery of the last one.
How to notify your withdrawal
Write to info@lgmcorporate.com stating your order number and the garments you wish to return, or send your notice by certified e-mail to lgmcorporatesrl@legalmail.it. You may use the withdrawal form annexed to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, but you are not required to: any clear statement is valid.
We will reply with the return instructions, including the address to which the garments should be sent.
When to send the garments back
Garments must be sent back within 14 days of the date on which you notified your withdrawal. What counts is the date of dispatch, not the date of arrival.
Who pays for the return
Italy and European Union: returns are free of charge, provided you follow the instructions we have sent you.
Rest of the world: return shipping costs are borne by you. The refund covers the price of the garments but not customs duties, import VAT and other charges you paid to the authorities of your country or to the carrier, as these were not collected by us. You may claim them back directly from your local customs authority in accordance with local rules.
If you choose a shipping method other than the one we have indicated, any additional costs remain with you, as does liability for loss, theft or damage to the parcel during the return.
The condition garments must be in
Garments must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, complete with swing tags, labels, accessories and original packaging.
Each garment carries a security label identifying its authenticity: if it has been removed, broken or tampered with, we are unable to accept the return.
You are welcome to try a garment on as you would in a store. You are, however, liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We inspect returned garments and verify that they correspond to the items actually sold. If they are damaged, soiled, clearly used or do not correspond, we are unable to accept the return and will let you know, giving our reasons.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to garments made to measure or personalised at your request, nor to sealed products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. Any such exclusion is always stated in the product page before purchase.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the garments or until you provide evidence of having sent them back.
The refund includes standard delivery costs, where charged. It does not include any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a faster delivery option than the standard one.
Faulty garments
A return for a fault is different from a withdrawal and is not subject to the 14-day period. If a garment has a lack of conformity you benefit from a two-year legal guarantee from delivery: write to info@lgmcorporate.com with your order number, the garment concerned and a description of the fault, attaching photographs where possible. In this case all costs are borne by us.
