All products purchased on the ludovicagualtieri.com website will be shipped directly from the parent company.

Shipments will be made by express courier with delivery within 3-5 working days from the date the order is placed. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded. Orders placed on Fridays after 10:00 will be processed and shipped on Monday morning; in this case the delivery times are at least 72 hours. It is advisable to ALWAYS enter a telephone number in the order data so that the courier can contact you if necessary due to delivery difficulties.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is processed only when the payment is credited (delivery times may therefore be delayed).

GUALPMA SRLS undertakes to promptly notify the buyer of stock errors or out of stock; in this case it undertakes to return the entire sum received.
